The official rules for the giveaway, what we collect and what we do with it, and the terms for using this site.
Official rules
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning.
1. Sponsor
The Creator Studio Bundle Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is presented by Giveaway Central (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, and any platform named in an entry method is not a party to it. Questions about the Promotion go to the Sponsor at hello@giveawaycentral.io, never to the platform.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in a jurisdiction where the Promotion is permitted by law. It is open worldwide on that basis, and it is void wherever local law restricts or prohibits it.
Employees, officers and contractors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for knowing whether entry is lawful where they live.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion opens on the start date shown on the giveaway page and closes on the closing date shown there. Entries received after the closing time are not counted.
The Sponsor's own clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to enter
Go to the giveaway page and submit your name and email address in the entry form. That single step is the required entry method, it is free, and it places one entry in the draw. No other step is required and no payment, product purchase, subscription or account with any third party is ever required to enter or to win.
Limit one entry account per person and per email address. Entries made by script, bot, macro or any automated means, entries made through multiple email addresses or identities, and entries that tamper with the entry process are void, and the Sponsor may disqualify the entrant responsible.
5. Entry methods and their values
Once the required entry method is complete, the optional methods below may be completed for additional entries. Each is worth the number of entries shown, each may be completed once unless it is marked as repeating, and completing none of them leaves your original entry in the draw exactly as it was.
Referral entries are credited when a referred person completes the required entry method using your link; self-referrals and repeat referrals of the same person are not credited. The daily method may be claimed once per calendar day while entries are open.
6. Drawing and odds
After entries close, the winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing is weighted by entries: each entry an entrant holds is one chance, so an entrant with twenty entries has twenty chances and an entrant with one has one. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received across all entrants.
One winner and two runners-up are selected in the same drawing. An entrant is removed from the pool once selected, so no entrant may occupy more than one place.
Entrants who have been disqualified, entrants who won a previous Promotion from the Sponsor, and entrants holding no entries are excluded from the pool.
7. Prize
One (1) Creator Studio Bundle, with an approximate retail value of $4,200 USD, is available to be won. The exact contents are listed on the giveaway page.
The prize is awarded as stated, is not transferable, and no cash alternative is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All taxes, duties and any other costs of accepting the prize that are not stated as covered are the responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor covers shipping.
8. Winner notification and claim
The winner is contacted by email at the address used to enter, within three days of the drawing, and the result is published on the winners page and on the giveaway page. Winners are published as a first name and last initial only.
A winner has seven days from the date the notification is sent to reply and confirm their claim. If a winner does not reply in time, cannot accept the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and offered to the first runner-up, and then to the second.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize is agreement that the Sponsor may publish the winner's first name and last initial, and their country or region, in the announcement of the result. Nothing further is published without the winner's separate written permission: no full name, no email address, no photograph and no statement attributed to them.
10. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win, and no purchase will improve an entrant's chance of winning. There is nothing to buy on this site. Every entry method listed above is free to complete, and an entrant who completes only the required entry method is in the drawing on the same terms as everyone else.
11. General conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who breaches these rules, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a way that is abusive to other entrants or to the Sponsor. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion if it cannot be run as planned, in which case the winner will be drawn from the eligible entries received up to that point.
By entering, an entrant agrees to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. These rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Sponsor is established.
Privacy
What we collect
Two things, and only when you type them into the entry form: your name and your email address. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is required. We never ask for a password, a payment card, a bank or account number, a government identity document, a date of birth, a postal address or a phone number, and we never offer sign-in through another company's account.
Alongside those two fields the site keeps the working state of your own entry — the entry methods you have completed, the number of entries you hold, your referral code, and the times you completed each method. That is what makes the page remember you when you come back.
Where it is stored
In your browser. This site is a set of static files with no server, no database and no backend to send anything to. Your entry is written to your own device's local storage under a key belonging to this site, it stays on that device, and it is not synchronised anywhere. It is not readable from another device or another browser, and clearing site data in your browser erases it permanently and immediately.
A practical consequence worth stating plainly: because there is no server, an entry made in one browser does not exist in any other, and nobody — including the operator of this site — receives a copy of it.
What we do with it
The name and email address exist to administer the Promotion: to identify an entry, to prevent duplicate entries from one email address, and to contact a winner. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers, data brokers or any other third party. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not send marketing email on the strength of an entry.
Tracking
There is none. This site loads no analytics, no advertising tags, no third-party scripts, no web fonts, no remote images and no embedded widgets of any kind. Every file it loads is served from this site itself, so no other company is told that you visited. The site sets no tracking cookies; the local storage it uses is the entry described above and nothing more.
Your control over it
You can remove your entry yourself at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which deletes everything described here with no request to anyone and no waiting period. Because the data never leaves your device, that is genuinely the whole of it. If you have a question about any of this, email hello@giveawaycentral.io.
Terms of use
Using the site
You may use this site to read about the Promotion and to enter it. You may not attempt to interfere with it: no scripted or automated entry, no attempt to submit entries on behalf of other people, no attempt to manipulate the entry count, the referral system or the drawing, and no attempt to gain access to any part of the site not offered to visitors.
Content
The text, layout, code and marks on this site belong to the Sponsor, except for third-party names and logos referenced in entry methods, which belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the platform in question. Nothing here implies a partnership with, or endorsement by, any of them.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. The Sponsor does not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Sponsor is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or from participation in the Promotion, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms and the official rules may be updated. The date on the “Last updated” line above changes when they do, and the version published on this page is the version that applies. A material change made while entries are open will be noted on the giveaway page.
